The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and excellent customer service skills, ensuring that each guest has an enjoyable experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness at the bar, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning utensils. Monitor guest consumption of alcohol to ensure responsible serving practices are followed. Assist in setting up and breaking down for special events as needed. Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines to maintain a safe environment for staff and guests. Experience Previous bartending experience is preferred. Familiarity with Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices within the food industry is essential. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
