Duties Supervise daily food and beverage operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and service excellence. Train, mentor, and manage staff to enhance their skills in food service management, bar operations, and customer interaction. Collaborate with culinary teams to develop menus that reflect current trends while maintaining food safety protocols. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed to maintain operational efficiency. Address guest and member inquiries and complaints promptly, providing solutions that enhance customer satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the food service environment. Skills Proven experience in food service management within a hotel or fine dining context. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and culinary standards. Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Experience in staff training and development to foster a positive work environment. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
