1. Excellent guest service skills. 2. Process credit and debit card transactions. 3. Provide cashier coverage in the casino gift shop as well as other gift shop duties, such as stocking, cleaning, etc. 4. Make change/count money to customer 5. Operate a POS system

EDUCATION

High school diploma or

GED EXPERIENCE

Training will be provided. Experience with customer service, retail sales, credit card transactions and light maintenance preferred. Basic math skills and ability to handle multiple functions simultaneously.

LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS

Obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

May be required to stand and/or walk for long periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 20lbs. Must be able to stretch, bend, kneel, twist and reach. Must be able to read, write and speak basic English

WORK ENVIRONMENT

We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights.
