Position Summary and Key Responsibilities McKendree Men's basketball is seeking candidates for its graduate assistant position. The graduate assistant will support all facets of the program with specific focuses on team travel, scouting, recruiting, and academic support. Other duties will be assigned by the head coach. Key Responsibilities Planning team travel, including hotels, buses, and meals Managing program's recruiting visits and travel Supervising student-athletes academic progress Leading a coordinated effort to develop program's social media presence

Qualifications Required Qualifications:

A bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and acceptance into a Master's program at McKendree University is required. Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrate an ability to problem-solve and possess strong work ethic.

Preferred Qualifications:

Seeking candidates with prior college playing experience at the NCAA level or in highly competitive basketball program is preferred. Work Conditions Some travel is required.
