What You'll Do Run startup, shutdown, and daily maintenance on DTG equipment Output production-ready files for DTG and DTF workflows Color-correct and adapt artwork for print-ready output Hit same-day and rush deadlines alongside art and production teams Maintain print quality — color accuracy, registration, consistency What You Bring Hands-on DTG experience (Brother GTX, Kornit, Epson, or similar) This is as much a mechanical role as it is a production one. You should be comfortable getting your hands into equipment — pretreatment calibration, head cleaning routines, ink system maintenance, and diagnosing common press issues without hand-holding Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop 2+ years in decorated apparel or print production preferred Team-first attitude Why Same Day Tees Your work goes out the door every day Stable, growing company Tight-knit team where your skills are seen and valued
