Job Description
Full-Time | Competitive Pay | Benefits Available We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Graphics Mechanical Machine Technician to join our production team in Fairview, PA. This position is responsible for inspecting final printed products, troubleshooting and adjusting screen printing equipment, and performing maintenance and repairs to ensure high-quality graphic production and efficient machine operation. Key Responsibilities Inspect final printed products for print quality, color accuracy, alignment, and overall appearance Troubleshoot, repair, and adjust a variety of screen printing and graphics production machines Perform mechanical adjustments to improve print quality, reduce defects, and increase production efficiency Conduct preventative maintenance and routine upkeep on printing equipment and production machinery Diagnose equipment issues and complete repairs in a timely manner to minimize downtime Monitor machine performance and recommend process improvements Replace worn or defective machine parts and maintain maintenance records Assist with machine setup, calibration, and changeovers for production runs Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Work closely with production and quality teams to meet production standards and deadlines Qualifications Mechanical aptitude with experience troubleshooting industrial or production machinery Experience with screen printing equipment, graphics machinery, or printing operations preferred Ability to use hand tools, measuring devices, and maintenance equipment Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control Ability to read technical manuals, diagrams, and work instructions Basic electrical, pneumatic, or hydraulic knowledge is a plus Ability to lift, bend, stand, and work in a manufacturing environment Dependable with strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude Preferred Experience Previous experience in screen printing, graphic production, printing operations, or industrial maintenance Manufacturing or mechanical maintenance background Experience performing preventative maintenance programs Benefits May Include Competitive wages Health benefits Paid time off Stable full-time employment Opportunities for advancement
