Grill Cook/Prep Cook

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Grill Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, with experience in various kitchen environments. As a Grill Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality meals while ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. Day and evening shifts available, some Saturdays and possibly Sundays required. Flexibility is strongly desired. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grill and fryer items according to established recipes and menu specifications. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan menus and coordinate meal preparation. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding areas. Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Skills Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and food service. Familiarity with food handling procedures and safety regulations within the culinary industry. Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is required. Excellent grill skills and ability to prepare meals efficiently under pressure. Must be atleast 18 years old
