Job Overview The ideal candidate will have manufacturing plant experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role is a position with shift responsibility. The Grinder Operator is responsible for physically operating all equipment of a grinding system in a manner that ensures that all products are ground, are clean and ready to use on the extrusion lines. The incumbent is responsible for the quality of the products ground and document all boxes that are ground, and ensuring the product is ground at the speed where the highest attainable quality of product in a safe and efficient manner. As a member of a shift team, the incumbent will comply with, support, and promote all company quality and safety policies.
