Job Description

Run, monitor, maintain and operate the ground assembling jigs and solder device. Including reading production schedule, organization, inventory, store and move material needed for production, train, and advise additional personnel. This position requires a person that is self-motivated and does not need constant supervision.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES- GROUND ASSEMBLY 1.
Run monitor and maintain equipment to meet daily production goals. 2. Daily check of inventory of raw good. 3. Select raw materials you will work with verify it is correct according to your recipe. 4. Inspect equipment for technical faults. 5. Control all technical data (temperature of solder station) 6. Coordinate work with other operators, stock room, maintenance, and SV. 7. Responsible for quality control. 8. Operate within standard operating procedures (SOP's) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA's) 9. Complete daily/weekly data logs 10. Communicate with operators from other shifts. 11. Clean and maintain work area. 12. Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use. Other duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS 1.
Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent. Adding, subtracting, multiplying and dividing. 2. Basic knowledge of the metric system. 3. Mid-level understanding of how to navigate Windows directory. 4. Ability to interpret basic technical drawings. 5. Reasoning ability. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral or schedule form. 6. Problem solving ability. 7. Ability to pay close attention to detail. 8. Ability to memorize several different style parts and numbers. 9. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds required. #LI-DNI 2nd Shift Differential $.60
