Ground & Maintenance/ Boat Rental Team Member

Duties Perform routine inspections and maintenance of boats, docks, and outdoor equipment to ensure safety and operational readiness Assist guests with boat rentals, providing guidance on safety procedures and equipment use Conduct rigging tasks such as securing boats and adjusting lines to ensure stability during transport or storage Maintain cleanliness and organization of rental areas, storage yards, and maintenance facilities Troubleshoot mechanical issues with boats or equipment, utilizing mechanical knowledge to perform minor repairs or escalate as needed Support in setting up or dismantling rental equipment for daily operations or special events Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents promptly Requirements Prior experience or interest in rigging, mechanical work, or outdoor maintenance is preferred Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot basic issues effectively Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Excellent communication skills to assist guests confidently and professionally Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to follow safety procedures meticulously and maintain a high level of attention to detail A proactive attitude with enthusiasm for outdoor recreation and guest service This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to develop practical skills while contributing to memorable water-based adventures.
