Grounds & Maintenance Crew Outdoor Property (Seasonal)

Silver Cup Lake Adventures is hiring a Seasonal Grounds & Maintenance Crew Member to support our operations throughout the year for various properties. This role is ideal for someone who takes pride in outdoor work and enjoys maintaining a clean, well-kept, and visually appealing property. You'll play a key role in keeping the grounds, shoreline, and guest areas in top condition while supporting day-to-day lake operations. Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine landscaping tasks including mowing, trimming, weed control, and general groundskeeping Maintain shoreline areas, docks, seating spaces, and common areas to ensure a clean and safe environment Support light maintenance projects (repairs, basic upkeep, equipment care) Assist with property setup and breakdown for daily operations and events Open and close the property, ensuring all areas are clean, secure, and ready for the next day Communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure smooth daily operations Support guest check-in and assist with lake activities as needed

Qualifications:

Must be 18+ Strong preference for candidates with landscaping, groundskeeping, or maintenance experience Comfortable using basic landscaping tools and equipment Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical outdoor work for extended periods Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions and around water Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, organized environment Must be non-smoking Must pass a background check
