• Direct Placement Responsibilities Keep the HVAC system operational for the facility.

Perform a mix of preventative and reactive maintenance on rooftop units, boilers, chillers, freezers, and building automation systems. Troubleshoot and repair Building Automation Systems and components, including sensors, actuators, and user interfaces. Respond to open work orders and generated tickets for reactive needs. Order parts as needed. Essential Skills At least 3 years of experience working as an HVAC Technician in a commercial or industrial setting. At least 3 years of experience reading and interpreting blueprints to troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems. At least 3 years of experience performing repairs on commercial rooftop HVAC units. At least 3 years of experience performing preventative and reactive maintenance on chillers. At least 3 years of experience performing preventative and reactive maintenance on boilers. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of plumbing experience is a plus. 1+ year of experience with building automation systems is a plus. EPA 608 Certification is a plus. Why Work Here? Work Environment Join a team of 20 Maintenance Techs, Grounds Keepers, and HVAC Technicians, including four HVAC Techs. Work across 75 well-maintained buildings, including offices, large classrooms, and dorms. Most buildings are 15 to 25 years old and maintained to a high standard with minimal deferred maintenance. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Cedarville, OH. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00
