Groundskeeper & Maintenance Technician

Job Summary We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual to help maintain and care for two beachside motel properties. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in keeping properties clean and presentable, and can handle basic maintenance tasks independently. Responsibilities

• Picking up trash and keeping both properties clean and presentable
• Maintaining outdoor areas, walkways, parking lots, and pool areas
• Up keep on hotel locks
• Ensuring the pool and surrounding areas remain clean and guest-ready
• Assisting with minor maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshooting TVs, remotes, Wi-Fi, and guest-related room issues
• Handling basic plumbing tasks such as unclogging drains or replacing simple fixtures
• Reporting larger maintenance issues to management
• Assisting with property upkeep and general appearance
• Responding to occasional after-hours maintenance emergencies when needed Qualifications
• Basic maintenance or handyman experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Reliable transportation preferred
• Must be dependable, professional, and responsive
• Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather conditions
• Must be able to lift, carry, and move supplies/equipment as needed
