What We're Looking For:

The ideal candidate has 3+ years accounting/finance experience Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance required; Master's Degree/MBA preferred General Accounting/Full Cycle Accounting experience

What You'll Be Doing:

Assist with month-end close activities by preparing and posting journal entries, along with performing inventory and balance sheet reconciliations Facilitate internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and ensuring adherence to financial policies and regulations Oversee tax-related functions, including managing exemption certificates, reconciling sales tax filings, processing credits, and coordinating ACH transactions Maintain accurate vendor records, process customer rebates, and manage unclaimed property filings to ensure compliance and accuracy Generate and process manual invoices and credit memos while ensuring proper financial reporting and documentation Research accounting issues to determine appropriate treatment and recommend process enhancements for operational efficiency Mentor and support junior team members while responding to ad hoc requests and special projects as needed Handle ad hoc requests in a timely manner
