Housekeeper

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Housekeeper to join our team and ensure our residential or commercial spaces are spotless, welcoming, and well-maintained. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional cleaning services, maintaining high standards of sanitation, and providing a comfortable environment for residents, guests, or clients. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create a pristine atmosphere that exceeds expectations every day. Duties Perform thorough cleaning, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces to ensure cleanliness and hygiene. Handle laundry duties such as folding and organizing linens with care and efficiency. Maintain floors by applying appropriate care techniques such as sweeping, scrubbing, polishing, and carpet cleaning to preserve their appearance and longevity. Manage sanitation protocols by properly disposing of waste, disinfecting high-touch areas, and adhering to health standards. Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs or cleanliness issues and report them promptly. Support housekeeping management by organizing supplies, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring equipment is in good working order. Experience Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of janitorial procedures. Prior hotel housekeeping experience is highly desirable for understanding guest service standards. Familiarity with floor care techniques including carpet cleaning and polishing is essential. Experience in laundry services and sanitation practices to ensure hygiene compliance. Knowledge of custodial operations and housekeeping management practices is a plus. Ability to deliver excellent customer service by addressing client needs professionally and courteously.
