Responsibilities Create beautiful, intricate braids, twists, and updos tailored to each client's preferences and hair type Apply hair extensions seamlessly to enhance length and volume, ensuring natural movement and comfort Utilize salon software such as

MINDBODY

for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales tracking Provide expert advice on hair care, color theory, and styling techniques to meet client needs and preferences Maintain high standards of sanitation and cleanliness in all tools, stations, and work areas in accordance with salon protocols Assist with front desk duties including greeting clients, managing appointments, and upselling retail products like hair care items or eyelash extensions Mentor junior team members on hair braiding techniques, customer service excellence, and salon procedures to foster a collaborative environment Experience Proven experience in professional hair braiding, including styles such as knotless braids, Boho knotless box braids, cornrows, twists, or similar techniques strong understanding of sanitation standards will be an advantage Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members while providing exceptional customer service Join us to turn your passion for hairstyling into an inspiring career where creativity meets customer satisfaction!
