Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute precise hardscape installations Operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently for cutting, shaping, and installing stone, brick, concrete, and other materials Prepare surfaces by grading, excavating, and setting forms for concrete pouring and finishing Install various hardscape features such as pavers, retaining walls, steps, fire pits, and decorative elements with attention to detail Manage site safety protocols including proper use of heavy equipment operation and adherence to construction site standards Coordinate with team members to ensure timely project completion while maintaining high quality standards Conduct inspections during installation to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic quality Experience Proven experience in hardscape installation or related fields such as masonry Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and concrete forming techniques Hands-on experience with heavy equipment operation and the use of power tools for masonry or carpentry tasks Background in working with diverse materials like stone, brick, concrete, stucco, plastering compounds, glass installation, cabinetry or framing carpentry is highly desirable Ability to read technical drawings related to electrical or plumbing systems that may interface with hardscape features Join us if you're passionate about transforming outdoor environments through skilled craftsmanship!
