Harvester Zephyr, TX Full-time Full-time Harvest Floor Production Perform a variety of specialized tasks in a warm, hot, humid, or wet environment. Use a hook, knife, saw, band saw or other equipment to perform specialized tasks, skin, remove bones, trim to specifications in preparation for further processing. Perform tasks which require upper body strength and constant repetitive movements. Process product according to operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations. Use basic computer skills to check in orders. Manage daily monitoring paperwork. Meet all USDA policies. Must use proper personal protective equipment effectively. Must keep work areas clean/neat. Inspect meat or meat products and/or packaging. Additional duties as required.
