Retail /Customer Service Associate

Local Cuts Meat Company is looking for someone skilled in Retail/Customer Service to undertake a variety of day-to-day retail and support tasks at our federally inspected meat processing facility in Zephyr, TX . We have wonderful, friendly and interesting customers who produce beef for direct customers, markets, restaurants and friends and family and a great team who serve them. You will be an integral part in contributing to a smooth and successful retail/customer service experience for our customers. Strong organizational and friendly and clear communication skills are a must. You will be comfortable dealing with people and able to carry out customer service with accuracy and speed. The goal is to ensure that customer service/retail tasks are efficient and support the customers and the organization. Responsibilities Follow customer ordering procedures to ensure maximum efficiency Capture and document customer orders accurately Execute various administrative tasks including answering phone calls, working with customers to confirm orders, greeting retail customers, inputting customer orders, pulling completed orders for customer pickup and preparing documents required for USDA facilities. Skills Experience in customer service Outstanding knowledge of MS Office Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Organized with the ability to prioritize and multi-task Reliable with patience and professionalism Knowledge of ranching and cattle is a plus
