• $30•38/hr | Green Bay/Appleton Green Bay, WI 54344 $30•$38 an hour•Full-time $30•$38 an hour•Full-time We're hiring a working Locator/Foreman to run a directional drill crew out of the Green Bay / Appleton corridor.

What you'll do Run the locating wand behind the HDD rig — dial in depth, pitch, and bore path Lead a 3-4 person crew (operator, mud tech, ground laborers) through daily production Plan bores from prints; coordinate with the GC, inspector, and utility owners on site Call in and confirm 811 locates; clear conflicts before the rig spins Report daily progress to the office and flag scope changes early Keep equipment squared away — daily checks, basic field repairs, clean trailers What you bring 3+ years on a directional drill crew (locator, operator, or foreman role) Hands-on with DigiTrak, Subsite, or equivalent locating systems Can read utility prints, spot conflicts, and stake a clean bore path Valid driver's license; CDL Class A strongly preferred OSHA 10 minimum (we'll get you to OSHA 30 if you're not there) Comfortable leading a crew without being a tyrant about it Show up on time, work safe, do it right the first time Bonus AT&T fiber experience (prints, specs, inspector dynamics) Hydrovac / potholing background Confined space and traffic control certs What we pay $30

• 38/hr based on experience and certifications Per diem on travel days Weekly pay , direct deposit, time tracked through Jibble Overtime after 40 — we do not flat-rate your hours Company truck and tools provided PTO and health benefits after the probationary period What this isn't Not a desk job.

You'll be in the dirt every day. Not a "show up and float" gig. Production matters here. If you've been running bores for an outfit that can't keep equipment up, won't pay you right, or hands you blown-out drill plans — come talk to us.
