Requirements:

Post-secondary food service training is preferred. Knowledge of use and care of cafeteria service equipment. Ability to communicate effectively with students and staff. Knowledge of preparation, cleaning, and sanitation procedures. Must be able to pass a criminal background check. Must be able to serve a large number of people in a short period of time with a positive attitude. Meet all mandated health requirements.

Responsibilities:

Direct the preparation of food. Maintain high standards that support the effective delivery of quality food service. Maintain an orderly and sanitary kitchen. Supervise food preparation activities.
