Information Technology, Financial Services Angott Search Group is pleased to partner with a consulting and advisory organization in the search for a Head of Technology Enablement. The ideal candidate brings a blend of consulting expertise, technical knowledge, and business acumen, along with a strong ability to build relationships and lead complex engagements across a variety of industries.Responsibilities:
Lead and scale the technology enablement practice through business development, client engagement, and internal team leadership. Advise clients on technology strategy, modernization initiatives, and digital transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Lead ERP selection, implementation, optimization, and related enterprise technology initiatives. Drive platform modernization efforts, including legacy system evaluations and re-platforming strategies. Help organizations improve operational efficiency through automation, AI solutions, and emerging technologies. Design and implement scalable operating models that support long-term growth and technology adoption. Analyze and optimize technology spending through benchmarking, cost transparency, and operational assessments. Support technology due diligence, integration planning, and carve-out activities associated with transactions or organizational changes. Lead complex transformation programs across cross-functional teams and stakeholder groups. Build trusted relationships with executive leadership teams and provide strategic guidance to senior decision-makers. Stay informed on emerging technologies, digital trends, and best practices to continuously evolve client solutions.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Technology, or related field required; advanced degree preferred. 10+ years of experience in IT consulting, technology operations, digital transformation, or related leadership roles. Experience leading complex ERP, modernization, or enterprise technology transformation initiatives.
