Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Generalist to support a wide range of HR functions. This role plays a key part in recruiting, employee relations, compensation, benefits administration, and employee development. The ideal candidate will be a proactive professional with strong communication skills and a passion for supporting both employees and organizational goals. What is Interim HealthCare? Key Responsibilities Administer HR policies, procedures, and programs for all company personnel Assist in developing and maintaining the employee handbook and HR procedures Support department goals, objectives, and process improvements Manage and administer compensation and performance evaluation programs Lead recruitment efforts for exempt, non-exempt, and temporary staff Conduct new hire orientations and support employee onboarding processes Monitor career pathing and employee development initiatives Provide employee relations support, including counseling and exit interviews Participate in staff meetings, seminars, and organizational planning sessions Maintain organizational charts and employee directories Analyze HR metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency Maintain HRIS records and generate reports Track and manage caregiver credential expirations Prepare and send employee files and documentation to clients Oversee full-cycle caregiver onboarding, including paperwork, training, and orientation Qualifications Education & Experience (one of the following): 2-4 years or relevant HR experience Equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment law Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications Why Join Us?
