Your responsibilities will include:

Performing StemWave therapy sessions for existing patients and new patients Learning and following Launch Wellness Center's clinical protocols for StemWave therapy Using your knowledge of anatomy to understand and appropriately address treatment areas Talking with patients about their symptoms, goals, and experience throughout their care Educating patients on their treatment and helping them understand what to expect Building rapport and creating an exceptional patient experience Communicating with our doctors and team regarding patient progress and response to care Maintaining accurate patient documentation Helping patients feel comfortable, heard, and confident in their treatment Why This Role Is Different You've already spent years learning the human body. Experience Required Required:

Licensed Massage Therapist Minimum 4 years of massage therapy experience Strong knowledge of human anatomy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, compassionate, and patient-focused approach
