This is an independent contractor opportunity with an existing patient volume. The ideal candidate is confident working in a busy clinical environment while providing attentive, individualized care to each patient. Schedule We are currently seeking coverage for: Wednesday Thursday Friday Saturday Practitioners can expect approximately 15-20 patient visits per shift , depending on scheduling and patient demand.

Compensation Starting compensation:

$60 per new patient visit $40 per follow-up visit This is an independent contractor position . Responsibilities Conduct new-patient consultations and evaluations Develop individualized treatment plans Provide acupuncture treatments and appropriate East Asian medicine therapies within the practitioner's scope of practice Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans when appropriate Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Communicate professionally and compassionately with patients Maintain an organized, clean, and safe treatment environment Work effectively and professionally within a busy clinic setting Qualifications Current Washington State license to practice acupuncture/East Asian medicine Graduate of an accredited acupuncture or East Asian medicine program Professional liability insurance Strong clinical and interpersonal skills Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently Able to manage a relatively high-volume patient schedule while maintaining quality of care Commitment to ethical and patient-centered practice Experienced practitioners are encouraged to apply. Ideal Candidate The ideal practitioner is warm, grounded, efficient, and clinically confident. You should be comfortable transitioning between patients in a busy practice while ensuring that every patient feels heard and well cared for.
