Hands-On Specialist & Brand Educator (Head Spa)

Job Description

Hands-On Specialist & Brand Educator (Head Spa) MaRe Head Spa System Coral Gables, FL Job Details Part-time | Full-time $20 - $35 an hour 9 hours ago Benefits Paid training Qualifications Spanish Cosmetology License Product presentation Salon experience English Full Job Description Description MaRe Head Spa System is a Miami-based beauty tech company bringing head spa to the US market. We develop and sell a complete head spa solution to salons and spas, and we run our own flagship location in Coral Gables. We also distribute [Italian brand name], develop our own scalp and hair devices including red light therapy, and built MaRe Eye, our AI-powered scalp analysis platform that turns a consultation into something a client can actually see. We're looking for a licensed cosmetologist who wants to be both practitioner and educator: someone who works with clients directly at our flagship, and who trains and supports the specialists at the salons and spas running our system. No head spa experience required. We will train you fully on the protocol, the devices, and the product line. What we can't train is presence, care with clients, and the ability to teach — that part you bring. What you'll do Perform head spa treatments on clients at our Coral Gables flagship, once you've completed our training Use MaRe Eye in consultations and explain results to clients in plain language Train and certify specialists at salons and spas that have installed our system — protocol, devices, MaRe Eye, and product usage Provide ongoing support to those specialists — refreshers, troubleshooting, quality checks Represent our brand at trainings, salon visits, launch events, trade shows Educate professional partners and clients on ingredients, benefits, and correct product use Help hold a consistent standard of service quality as our network of salon and spa partners grows What we're looking for Active Florida cosmetology license (required) Strong spoken English — you'll be teaching, presenting, and representing the brand Comfortable being the person in front of a room Genuine interest in scalp and hair health and in product education Warm, professional presence with clients Openness to technology — MaRe Eye is part of the service, not a gadget on the side Nice to have Spanish — a real advantage in this market Prior experience as an educator, trainer, or brand ambassador Background in spa, scalp care, hair care, or esthetics Comfort on camera for social content and training materials What we offer Full paid training in the head spa protocol, our devices, and the brand line Compensation discussed individually with each candidate, based on experience The chance to be one of the first head spa educators for this brand in the US, at the start of a category rather than the middle of one
