Hi Candidates! Zhou Wellness is currently looking for a holistically minded individual with office administration and customer service skills to join our team at our office in Plantation, FL. We are a busy acupuncture clinic with 3 doctors and are open 7 days a week.

Some of your responsibilities include:

Daily operations of the clinic (Opening/Closing, Scheduling, Collecting Payments, Answering Phones, etc.) Provide compassionate care for all patients throughout their visit Clean treatment rooms between patients, prepare herbal prescriptions, and support the doctors and patients

Skills:

Cheerful, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work Able to work evenings and occasional weekends (if required) Able to use office equipment; computer, EHR system iPad, and phone system Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
