This is a permanent part-time position working three fixed days per week: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday. We are looking for a provider who values a consistent schedule, strong hourly compensation, and the opportunity to develop expertise in sleep medicine. Compensation & 90-Day Training Period The established compensation for this position is $70/hour following successful completion of the 90-day training and onboarding period . Because patient volume and independence will increase progressively during training, the onboarding compensation is: Month 1: $60/hour Months 2-3: $65/hour After successful completion of 90-day onboarding: $70/hour The schedule and compensation structure are fixed and non-negotiable . There is no productivity bonus. Schedule Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday Three consistent clinic days per week Candidates must be able to commit reliably to all three days This is specifically a long-term part-time position and is not currently intended to transition to full-time Responsibilities The provider will progressively assume responsibility for: New sleep medicine consultations Sleep medicine follow-up visits
PAP/CPAP
management and troubleshooting Review of PAP therapy and compliance data Obesity and weight-management visits Patient education and treatment follow-up Clinical documentation and coordination of care Patient volume will gradually increase during onboarding as the provider becomes comfortable with sleep medicine and our clinical workflow.
Qualifications Required:
Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Nevada license or eligibility for Nevada licensure Minimum 1-2 years of clinical experience as an NP or PA Strong clinical judgment and ability to manage patients independently within scope of practice Efficient documentation and time-management skills Strong communication and professionalism Comfortable with a productive outpatient schedule Reliable commitment to Monday-Wednesday Preferred but not required: Sleep medicine experience Primary care, internal medicine, pulmonary, ENT, cardiology, obesity medicine, or other relevant outpatient experience Experience with obesity and metabolic conditions Familiarity with PAP therapy Prior sleep medicine experience is not required. We will provide specialty training. We are looking for an experienced clinician who already has strong clinical fundamentals and wants to develop expertise in sleep medicine. Training The first 90 days provide structured, progressive training in: Evaluation of common sleep disorders Obstructive sleep apnea management PAP therapy and troubleshooting PAP download interpretation Home sleep testing Obesity medicine Clinical documentation and practice workflow The goal is to progressively increase independence and patient volume throughout the onboarding period. About Las Vegas Sleep Center Las Vegas Sleep Center is a physician-led specialty practice providing comprehensive sleep medicine care, including consultations, PAP management, diagnostic testing, obesity management, and other sleep-related services. We are looking for a provider interested in establishing a stable, long-term part-time role with the practice.
