About Stretch U:

Stretch U specializes in Myofascial Release, PNF Stretching, and Neural Flossing for enhanced flexibility and overall wellness! We are seeking motivated fitness professionals with experience in Massage Therapy, Personal Training, or Kinesiology who are looking to gain valuable hands-on experience in the Health & Wellness space.

Role Overview:

As a Certified Stretch Tech, you will work with a diverse range of clientele and learn how to tailor pressure and stretches to the individual's needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct one-on-one stretching sessions with clients, ensuring proper techniques and safety. Provide exceptional customer service and build relationships with clients to build repeat clientele Educate clients on the benefits of our services Clear, concise, & confident communication Follow up with lapsed clients to keep your schedule full Clean the studio during down time Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive and motivating studio environment.

Qualifications:

Background in massage therapy, personal training, kinesiology, or exercise science Strong communication skills and a passion for helping others. Ability to work with clients of all shapes & sizes Certification in CPR/First Aid is a plus. Why Join Us? Pay:

$16/Hour + $3/Hour Stretching + $5-$20 Average Gratuity + $25
