iCRYO Wexford is a physician-directed medical wellness and recovery center. We are looking for a dependable, outgoing team member who enjoys helping people and creating a great client experience. Responsibilities Welcome clients and explain our services Operate wellness and recovery equipment Manage appointments and client information in our CRM Support service, membership, and package sales Clean and prepare equipment and treatment areas Qualifications Minimum of three years of experience in customer service or sales Education and/or experience in the health, fitness, or wellness industry Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong character, professionalism, and dependability Availability to work some evenings and every other weekend Pay and Benefits $25 per hour 18-28 hours per week, with potential for more Eligible for commission after three months of employment Complimentary wellness services and employee discounts Training provided Employment is contingent upon the successful completion of a background check and verification of education and employment history.
