Last year, 1 in 10 teens attempted suicide. It almost never starts there. Instead, it begins with a treatable mental health issue. We could have helped these kids before things got worse, before they resorted to the traumatic and painful step of attempting to take their own life. Structural features in our country's healthcare system render it virtually impossible for kids to get the help they need. Between acute provider shortages and low insurance participation, kids have no access to timely, effective care. And without treatment, symptoms that were once mild can rapidly devolve. Enter Marble Our mission is to massively increase access to timely, preventative care for all kids, before things get worse. We accept all insurances, including Medicaid plans, offer virtual care with an emphasis on group therapy, and take a point-of-intervention approach. No waitlists. No insurance holdups. About the Role Marble is seeking Mandarin (English/Mandarin) LMSWs to provide virtual therapy to children, adolescents, and families referred by school social workers across New York City and State. This role is only open to licensed therapists who are fluent in both English and Mandarin. Therapists provide individual, family, and group therapy in a flexible, part-time remote model. Many begin with just a few hours per week, with the option to increase hours over time. LMSWs receive clinical supervision from experienced LCSWs and contribute to Marble's evolving care model. Therapists play a key role in shaping clinical operations while growing their skills in a collaborative and supportive environment. Marble was founded by an experienced team, including two co-founders of Headway. Clinicians work closely with LCSWs and child psychiatrists who bring decades of experience. Ideal Traits NY License .
