As a Stretch Practitioner, you will work one-on-one with clients during individual 30-minute stretching sessions. You will guide clients through Stretch Zone's proprietary stretching protocols while creating a welcoming, professional, and positive experience. The ideal candidate is personable, energetic, compassionate, dependable, and genuinely interested in helping others achieve their wellness goals. This is accomplished by enrolling clients in our membership-based stretch wellness programs, so enjoying the sales process is a plus! No prior assisted-stretching certification is required. Stretch Zone provides an in-house 40-hour certification and modalities training program before you begin working with clients. What You'll Do Provide exceptional customer service and a positive client experience. Deliver individualized assisted stretching sessions using Stretch Zone protocols. Build trust and lasting relationships with clients. Follow each client's individualized stretching program. Help clients stay on track with their programs and membership goals. Support membership sales and client retention and enroll new members. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming studio environment. Work closely with leadership and front desk team members to ensure outstanding service. Represent and reinforce the positive culture and values of Stretch Zone. Participate in ongoing education and professional development.Benefits
