Job Description

Job description: Abigail Mury LCSW/Grounded Practice Counseling is a St. Augustine-based private therapy practice dedicated to providing high-quality counseling and therapy services. Abby is a LCSW with nearly 10 years of professional experience. Our practice is known for its holistic approach to trauma treatment. Abby is trained in EMDR, DBT, ART, and a certified yoga instructor. She's also a Qualified Supervisor. We are currently seeking a individual therapist with experience in individuals counseling to join our team. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to helping clients build stronger relationships, improve outcomes, and achieve overall well-being.
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct individual therapy sessions.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress. Requirements
  • -Master's degree or higher.
  • Current and valid license.
  • EMDR is a plus.
  • Specialization and experience in individual therapy.
  • Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • MUST be in office for most therapy sessions,
  • there may be some telehealth clients but most are in-person This is a contractor (1099) position and paid at an hourly rate (depending on experience).
MUST BE ABLE SEE A MINIMUM NUMBER OF CLIENTS
(estimate 25+ per week). The therapist will be offered a shared office. The therapist's billing and payroll will be done by the practice administration. At our practice, we truly value team collaboration and connectedness. Being a counselor can be a lonely profession, so we aim to provide a workplace of community and belonging.

Pay:
From $75.00 per hour
