Psychiatry Job Summary:

We are seeking a licensed therapist to join an outpatient psychiatric practice and support an integrated care model where therapy and psychiatry services work collaboratively. The therapist will provide individual therapy services to adults, adolescents, and older adults while collaborating closely with psychiatric providers.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide outpatient individual therapy sessions Evaluate and treat clients experiencing: Anxiety Depression Mood disorders Trauma-related conditions Maintain accurate clinical documentation in an EHR system Collaborate with psychiatric providers for coordinated patient care Develop treatment plans and monitor patient progress Build and maintain a consistent therapy caseload Participate in a supportive team environment

Education, Licensure, and Experience:

Active Illinois independent clinical license:

LCSW LCPC LMFT

Experience providing outpatient therapy preferred Experience with adult therapy required; adolescent experience preferred Strong communication and documentation skills New graduates with appropriate licensure may be considered
