Regional Care Group Regional Health Systems is Northwest Indiana's largest provider of community-based mental health care, primary health care and addiction treatment services. We offer adults and children—both uninsured and insured—integrated care through our community mental health center and federally qualified health center. Regional Health Systems is a member of the Regional Care Group .

Position Purpose:

To provide direct clinical and consultation services, documentation thereof, and participate in facility and program requirements and responsibilities as assigned.

Essential Function:

Intake Interviewing (if applicable) Assessment Treatment Planning Individual Therapy Group Therapy Family Therapy Case Coordination Coordination of Services Crisis Intervention Obtain third party authorizations. Progress notes completed, Electronic Medical Record Clinical Documentation Billing documentation completed accurately. Risk Assessment Policies, Procedures, Manuals, Resource Documents Ethical/Legal Issues Computer Literacy Teamwork Communicates effectively. Consumer Satisfaction Ratings Works cooperatively with supervisor and others Provide input to supervisor to assist in program development. Clinical supervision (if applicable) Clinical licensure (if applicable)
