We are seeking additional enthusiastic and ambitious clinicians to join our team! This is a full time hybrid position (average 28-30 clients/week) credentialed as

LMHC-D, LCSW

, or Psy D starting December . We pride ourselves to be LGBT affirmative, specializing in treating Depression, Anxiety, Bipolar Disorder, PTSD, C-PTSD, ADHD, and OCD. Training should include CBT and mindfulness therapy techniques.

Job Specifications:

Provide individual therapy for adults Hybrid model with two office days per week Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in our EHR system Collaborate with colleagues to ensure the best possible care for clients Each session will be no less than 53 minutes, not to exceed 60 minutes 2 evening in office shifts per week may be required with end time no later than 8pm Conduct intake evaluations Monitoring and evaluating client progress Make referrals to agencies and community resources as appropriate for the patients Implement the treatment plan by providing psychotherapy interventions and/or services such as complex care management, crisis intervention services, and referrals to outside agencies/providers Confer and consult with members of the treatment team implementing a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care Adhering to ethical and legal standards in therapy practice Plan for patient's discharge from the clinic and/or aftercare What We Offer A steady stream of referrals to help you build and maintain your caseload Administrative support (billing, scheduling, EHR) so you can focus on clinical work Collaborative, supportive team culture with opportunities for professional growth Fee-for-service starting range $70-$90 dependent on experience and credentials with incremental increases Health Insurance 401(k) with employer matching
