An Art Therapist directs and coordinates recreational activities for people with disabilities or illness to help them improve their emotional and physical well-being, improve motor skills and increase confidence. Leads activities involving art, crafts, and similar activities. Assists patients with disabilities to learn to use public resources such as parks and public transportation, and integrate in the community. Works with people of all ages, in schools, nursing homes, clinics and other healthcare facilities, or in parks and recreation departments.

Job Description:
Marriage & Family Therapy is seeking a part-time instructor to teach MFT 762 (2 credits) Practicum III (Residential MFT MA Program) during the Fall 2026 Semester for several sections. Third course of four required courses in supervised clinical practice in Couple and Family Therapy for students in the Marriage and Family Therapy program. The hiring rate of pay for the successful candidate will be determined based on their per-credit-rate history within the hiring department. All course offerings are subject to funding availability and enrollment.
