We are seeking a compassionate Therapist to provide mental health support, primarily for clients with PTSD. Conduct assessments and develop personalized treatment plans. Deliver individual and group therapy sessions using applied behavior analysis and coping strategies. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, participate in transition and discharge planning, and support clinical research to improve outcomes. Track client progress and adjust treatments accordingly, maintaining confidentiality and ethical standards. Requirements include a degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related fields, with experience working with youth preferred. Knowledge of ABA, strong assessment skills, and effective communication are essential.
