We're a group practice serving individuals, couples, and families in Connecticut. We value collaboration, work-life balance, and providing excellent clinical supervision.
What We Offer:
W-2 employment (no self-employment taxes!), Benefits & 401K, Fee for Service Individual and group supervision toward licensure Hybrid schedule — mix of in-person & telehealth Steady client referrals and full admin support (billing, insurance, EHR, marketing) A warm, team-oriented cultureRequirements:
Master's in counseling, marriage & family therapy, or social work (or near completion) Working toward CT licensure (LPC-A, LMFTA, LMSW) Availability for at least 30 client hours/weekPay:
