The Rehab Lab is a rapidly growing sports medicine clinic dedicated to helping athletes and active adults recover from injury, reduce pain, and return to doing what they love. Our philosophy combines evidence-based rehabilitation, individualized treatment, and exceptional client experience. We're building more than a clinic, we're building a team committed to changing the standard of sports medicine in Orange County. We're looking for an Athletic Trainer who is passionate about helping people, thrives in a collaborative environment, and wants to grow with an expanding company.
Position Overview:
As a Certified Athletic Trainer, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating orthopedic and sports-related injuries while guiding clients through every stage of their rehabilitation. You'll work closely with our Sports Performance team to ensure clients transition seamlessly from rehabilitation back to performance when appropriate. Beyond delivering excellent care, you'll play an important role in educating prospective clients, building trust during evaluations, and recommending treatment plans that best support each individual's recovery goals.

This position is ideal for someone who wants to make a meaningful impact while helping build a growing private practice.
Responsibilities :
Evaluate and treat orthopedic and sports-related injuries. Develop individualized rehabilitation programs based on client goals. Deliver high-quality one-on-one sports medicine sessions. Perform manual therapy and recovery interventions when appropriate. Educate clients on their diagnosis, recovery timeline, and treatment options. Confidently recommend appropriate plans of care, memberships, and treatment packages during initial evaluations. Collaborate with our Sports Performance team to coordinate rehabilitation and return-to- performance progressions. Complete accurate and timely documentation. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment. Build strong client relationships that improve satisfaction and long-term retention.
Qualifications :
Required:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Athletic Training BOC Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) Eligible for California Athletic Trainer licensure Current CPR/AED certification Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Professional, dependable, and positive attitude
Preferred :
Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports medicine Experience treating athletes and active adults Manual therapy experience CSCS certification (or interest in obtaining) Comfortable discussing treatment recommendations and guiding prospective clients through the onboarding process Who we are looking for: Our ideal teammate is someone who: Is passionate about helping people recover and perform at their best.
