AED Certification Full Job Description Job Description:
JED Training is one of South Florida's fastest-growing sports performance companies, training athletes ages 6-18 in speed, strength, agility, and football specific skills. We're looking for a motivated, reliable, high energy Part-Time Trainer to coach youth athletes through structured sessions and events. We're expanding into Miami Lakes and Miramar, and we already have athletes ready to start, we just need the right coach to lead sessions in this area. You'll work 1-on-1 and in small groups, primarily with football and flag football athletes, as well as athletes from a variety of other sports who are focused on improving their overall athleticism. You'll also play a key role in helping grow a brand rooted in energy, development and discipline.
Pay:
45
  • 60% of each package or session you train.
  • Paid weekly via direct deposit.
  • Bonuses available for referrals, event work and job execution.
Schedule:
  • Flexible (mainly weekday/afternoons/evenings + weekends)
  • 4-6 hours/week to start
  • Perfect for former athletes, college students or passionate coaches.
Ideal Candidate Age Range:
19 to 23 years old. This role is perfect for former high school athletes, current college students, or early-career trainers who bring energy and discipline.
Responsibilities:
  • Coach youth or high school athletes with discipline, energy, and purpose.
  • Lead warm-ups, drills, cool-downs and feedback.
  • Help run group sessions and 1-on-1's.
  • Represent JED Training professionally.
  • Occasionally record clips or testimonials for social media.
Requirements:
  • Passion for working with youth or high school athletes.
  • Football or sports performance background (coaching or playing).
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Follows structure but can bring energy and swag to training.
  • CPR/AED certified (or willing to get it)
