Key Responsibilities Lead and assist with group and individual training sessions for youth, middle school, high school, and advanced athletes. Develop athletes through structured speed, strength, agility, and explosive movement programming. Teach proper lifting techniques, sprint mechanics, and movement fundamentals. Conduct athlete assessments and track performance improvements. Motivate athletes while creating a positive, disciplined, and competitive training environment. Maintain a safe, organized, and professional training environment. Collaborate with our coaching staff to support individual athlete development goals. Qualifications Previous experience as a collegiate athlete strongly preferred. Football playing or coaching experience is a plus. Experience in strength and conditioning, sports performance, or athletic development preferred. Knowledge of proper training techniques, movement mechanics, and injury prevention. Ability to coach athletes of varying ages and skill levels. Strong communication, leadership, and motivational skills. Relevant certifications (CSCS, NASM, ACSM, or similar) are a plus.
