Overview NovaCare Rehabilitation is seeking an engaging and enthusiastic full-time Injury Prevention Specialist / Athletic Trainer (ATC) to join our team supporting a leading medical device company. This position will be on-site in Minnetonka, MN. This dynamic role integrates ergonomics, employee education and coaching, preventive exercise programs, early intervention strategies, and health and wellness services to reduce workplace injuries and enhance overall employee well-being.

Compensation:

$50,000•$65,000, annually, based on years of experience

Perform ergonomic assessments and provide recommendations for improvement Develop and deliver employee education and perform audits Conduct movement assessments and develop preventative exercise programs Engage with new hire employees on education, ergonomics, and injury prevention Deliver return-to-work program for employees returning from injury Provide early symptom intervention (ESI) care for employees Provide health and wellness coaching on a wide range of topics

Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Athletic Training National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA-BOC) Board of Certification Applicable state license where required Minimum one year of experience as an Athletic Trainer CPR certification Position requires a strong knowledge of musculoskeletal injury assessment and prevention interventions

Preferred Qualifications:

Master's Degree in Athletic Training Industrial Health experience
