Monitor progress of athletes and modify treatment plans as necessary. Ensure compliance with all state regulations and school policies regarding student health and safety. Required Skills Proven ability to assess and treat sports-related injuries. Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with students, parents, and school staff. Knowledge of rehabilitation equipment and techniques. Ability to work independently and make decisive healthcare decisions. Proficiency in maintaining accurate medical records and documentation.
