Full-Time, Contingent Upon Contract Award Clearance:
SECRET security clearance required Responsibilities Deliver individualized and group athletic training services to support Airmen readiness and injury prevention Support mission-specific physical performance programs tailored to high-tempo, short-notice deployment requirements Conduct assessments and maintain secure, compliant records of training sessions and outcomes Provide monthly performance reporting metrics to the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Coordinate with Functional Strength Coaches and Mindfulness Coaches as part of an integrated HP team Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training or related field Current Athletic Trainer certification (BOC or equivalent) U.S. citizenship required SECRET security clearance prior to start; must maintain clearance for the duration of the contract Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable working in a field environment, including hours of darkness and inclement weather Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic drug screening (urinalysis) HTJ2qJMYZ7
