This embedded multidisciplinary program enhances mission readiness through injury prevention, rehabilitation, performance optimization, and long-term operator health. Location Portland Air National Guard Base, Building 365, Portland, OR 97218 Position Summary Provide embedded athletic training services focused on injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and operator readiness. Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's from CAATE-accredited program
  • BOC certification
  • State ATC license
BLS/CPR/AED
  • Able to obtain/maintain a SECRET clearance.
Preferred:
tactical/professional athlete experience. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Daily injury evaluation and treatment Taping and rehabilitation progression Support operator assessments Maintain referral and documentation logs Inspect assigned equipment Work Schedule Monday-Friday, 0700-1600. Schedule flexes for quarterly drills and annual training. Telework is not authorized. 24/7 on-call support may be required during domestic response crises. Additional Requirements Ability to obtain installation access and maintain required credentials and annual training. Position contingent upon contract award.
