Culture:
We take pride in our strength as a team. The operating room can be stressful, so we aim for a relaxed and open environment in the office where we can discuss challenging cases, but also listen to music and share stories. When not in the office we stay connected through online chats to keep the team updated on surgeries, troubleshoot difficult situations, and request support. We also have regular team meetings to keep the team updated on billing and/or procedural changes. The clinical leadership split their time between providing NIOM services and making decisions to better the practice. We have worked hard to foster this culture, and it continues today. Be part of aChampionship Team:
We maintain a supportive and collaborative team environment. Our providers are consistently sharing techniques, protocols, and strategies in order to maintain our status as the best IOM providers in the state. This is why so many of the surgeons in the area demand our monitoring exclusively. Join a group of Audiologists who provide a superior level of Neurophysiological Intraoperative Monitoring in San Diego. Requires current enrollment in Doctorate of Audiology, (Au.D.) program
