Job Description
Advantage ENT and Audiology offers audiology externs the opportunity to train alongside a team of experienced audiologists in a collaborative ENT practice. Externs gain comprehensive clinical experience in diagnostic audiologic evaluations, hearing aid evaluations and fittings, assistive listening technologies, adult implant services—including cochlear and osseointegrated implants—and tinnitus assessment and management, all delivered using evidence-based best practices. Our practice is committed to preparing externs for independent clinical practice by the completion of their externship. Students receive hands-on experience across all areas of patient care and are encouraged to progressively develop clinical independence with appropriate supervision as their skills and confidence grow. We are seeking a motivated, self-directed candidate with strong communication and interpersonal skills who is eager to gain a well-rounded, high-quality clinical experience within a fast-paced ENT practice.
