Audiologist Finitetek - 5.0 Lakeland, FL Job Details Full-time $74,000 - $82,000 a year 18 hours ago Benefits Flextime Qualifications Doctoral degree Company vehicle operation Driver's License Full Job Description As our Outreach Audiologist, you won't just provide care—you'll help shape how our organization reaches thousands of individuals who might otherwise go without hearing services. What You'll Do Lead and grow our community audiology outreach program. Develop and cultivate new outreach opportunities with senior communities, employers, physician offices, community organizations, schools, health fairs, and special events. Represent Central Florida Speech & Hearing Center as a community ambassador. Conduct hearing screenings on patients of all ages throughout Polk County. Deliver engaging educational presentations on hearing health, hearing loss prevention, hearing technology, tinnitus, and healthy aging. Identify opportunities that increase awareness of our services and generate referrals. Build lasting partnerships with community organizations and healthcare providers. Work with the Outreach Manager to coordinate outreach schedules and collaborate with internal teams to maximize community impact. Assist individuals in accessing comprehensive hearing healthcare and follow-up services when needed. Maintain accurate outreach records and measure program success. Schedule & Flexibility This position offers flexibility, but no two weeks will look exactly the same. Primarily weekday schedule Some evenings for community presentations or events Occasional weekends for health fairs and outreach activities Flex time provided for evening and weekend events Schedule may shift throughout the year based on community events and seasonal outreach opportunities What We're Looking For Doctor of Audiology (Au.
D.) degree Florida Audiology License (or eligibility) Excellent communication and public speaking skills Passion for community engagement and relationship building Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working independently Valid driver's license and willingness to travel throughout our service area (we have 4 mobile units that would be used for travel) Ability to lift and transport outreach equipment for community events #HC2026
