A contract opportunity is available for a qualified professional to provide an Independent Educational Evaluation (IEE) focused on auditory processing for a school district near Aurora, IL. Key Qualifications:

Current, active Illinois Audiologist license (required) Prior clinical, educational, or pediatric audiology experience strongly preferred Strong assessment skills in auditory processing Ability to work independently and communicate findings professionally Comfortable collaborating with school staff, including nurses and special education teams

Primary Responsibilities:

Conduct a comprehensive IEE for auditory processing concerns in a K-12 student per a special request from the district Assess, diagnose, and clearly document findings Collaborate with a school nurse to ensure a complete evaluation process Complete the evaluation and provide a detailed written report before the end of September Foster clear communication with district representatives throughout the evaluation process
